This is actually my second order for this product. I always want to buy a neck and shoulder massage pillow. After reading a whole bunch of reviews about how good Snailax is I just bought one to try. When the pillow arrived I realized this is a reliable product. I'm a big guy, I always have tension in my neck and shoulders. Sometimes it gives me a headache. So I follow the instructions and start using it. After using it for two days, I feel that the tension in my shoulder has gone. It's no longer overdue. Since then I've been using it every day.
