Solid, heavy duty. Matches the hooks that were provided.

I bought an enclume pot rack that wasn't stable ( anytime you removed a pot, the entire rack shifted). According to Enclume, that's on purpose. But I found it disconcerting so a hung the rack differently, and that necessitated buying two additional ceiling hooks ( as well as some extenders, also made by Enclume). Works great, looks great.
