For taking off eyeliner
I use them to take off my bottom eyeliner at night. Then I wash my whole face with a regular cleanser. I don't need makeup remover because everything else comes off with detergent and water. They really remove my stubborn lower eyeliner and I don't have to buy another makeup remover.
