Review on Kamik Stomp Rain Boot - Toddler, Little Kid, Big Kid by James Murphy

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The quality has gone down. looser.

When I first started buying these boots for my older brother six years ago I was amazed at how well they held up. I've told everyone about them. My eldest lived in it and they could still be passed down to his cousin and sister. Last year's boots are actually still sturdy (wow!) and will be passed on to my third child. In the last 2 years they have failed. Two couples got a cut on the back of their heel pretty quickly. We'd only had this last pair four months and the heels had already snapped. I'm disappointed. I've been loyal to Kamiku (I also get her kids' winter boots). But I think I should find something else. Boots should last more than four months. I'm giving two stars because I really like these boots in general and maybe I just got unlucky with some production batches. but I doubt I will continue to spend money on this product.

Pros
  • Features adjustable laces for a customized and secure fit
Cons
  • Boots may not be suitable for children with sweaty feet.
