I enjoy working with wood and using a router. To get the best work results, you need a reliable clamp set. They are very well finished with 2 positions that allow different thicknesses to be clamped. Plastic handles have brass threaded inserts, as you would expect. Make sure the T-Bar fits into the 16mm wide T-Nut used; Shaft and nut have M6 thread. Exact dimensions see list. I recommend this Genmitsu brand 2-piece T-track retaining clamp set for woodworking and metalworking. Compatible with 6mm (0.24") Threaded Hole MDF Panel and M6 16 x T Slot Aluminum T Nut Panel 16mm.
