At $28.99, the price is more reasonable and the quality of the product matches that price. This play mat is ideal for babies who have not yet learned to crawl or move around on their own. This play mat is designed for babies who need to spend time on their tummy. Once they can crawl and move about on their own, this mat won't hold back their interest. So the listed age for this playmat is between 0-12 years and should be lowered to 0-6 months instead. My baby started learning to crawl at around 7 months and took its first steps at around 11 months.
