Review on NOYITO Thermocouple Temperature Interface Readability Measuring & Layout Tools by Christopher Bates

I tried this with 3 type K thermocouples on the Arduino and noticed horrible behavior where the temperature changes every time it works significantly. For example, I read the temperature and get 45 F in my garage (using the ADAFruit library, 45 is probably accurate). I shut down and restart and it reads 20F. Then another reboot and I get -16 F. This is incredibly finicky and doesn't seem to work at all.
