I'm used to wearing Nike and Adidas compression shorts when I work out, but they are so expensive that I looked for cheaper options. I was very skeptical but they were so cheap I was willing to take the risk. When they arrived they fit really well and seemed well made, but I still doubted they would hold up in the gym. . After a week of training in them, I fell in love with them. They're absolutely as good as the Nike Compression Shorts, which retail for $25 each. As for the sizes, I'd say they're pretty much true to size. I'm 5ft 11", 180lbs and most of my pants wear a size 32 waist. I went for the large ones and they are perfect. I highly recommend them and will never go back to the overpriced Nike/Adidas versions.
