I chose the 16 inch version thinking it might be a bit smaller than the longer straps. It doesn't seem to be. It's about 2 3/4 long and 1 1/2 wide, a bit larger than I expected (it was probably in the product description, I just didn't take the time to read it too carefully). I was more interested in the chrome-black look, which looks pretty cool depending on your taste. It's just inches on either side of the band (no metric). It has a limited lifetime warranty, but you must have proof of purchase with you. A good option is lace, but there aren't that many ribbons that go with it. There's a slot in the back for one
