I have palpitations and dizziness. I stopped taking. I opened the capsule and it smelled strongly of celery/chemicals. The product is full of excipients. The product contains too many unknown ingredients believed to be aromatase inhibitors. Side effects from them included pain in the joints and muscles. One of them is the nettle. The sum of these inhibitors is 920 mg per 3 capsules. I didn't like this product at all. I'm not sure why the manufacturer also included vitamin D-3 in this product. There are so many warnings on the label about possible side effects that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The biggest is if you have a family history of prostate enlargement, so don't use it. This product claims to support testosterone, but I bet it doesn't. If you are over 40 and looking for a natural and safe testosterone support product, DO NOT use. There is no magic pill to increase testosterone levels. This is a waste of money and a health risk! I would be interested to see what pure test oven does compared to this product.
