It's very well made with thick material. It will not disappoint you. I'm Asian 5'8", 195 lbs with broad shoulders and the medium fit perfect like the rest of my flannel shirts. I wear a large. I usually have a problem with the length of the sleeves and always have to tailor my shirts for a perfect fit but this product I didn't have to do that. Even the length was perfect for concealed carry.
