Don't get very warm
Took quite a while to get warm, and even on the highest setting only got slightly warm. Plus, the heating elements are only within a few square inches on the bottom of the foot, just behind the toes on the pad of the foot. So the picture is very misleading. It shows fiery warmth radiating from the entire front of the foot -- top and bottom -- and even stretching up to the ankles. Nope. No way. The socks are very comfortable, and all the equipment seems solid, but alas these guys only slightly warm the bottom pads of the feet. Too bad. Had to return.
