I recently purchased a used 2003 Ford Ranger and although this truck was in incredibly good condition for some reason the little button that locks the seat belt buckle does not sliding on the floor, the part of the seat belt hanging from your shoulder was missing. For the first few days of owning the truck, I was so frustrated that I had to open the door every time I had to remove the buckle to put on my seat belt. The buckle slipped to the floor, missing a small button, and ended up getting stuck between the floor and the seat. I had no idea this stopper was available with a seat belt buckle clip. I figured I'd just have to live with a broken seat belt. So I started looking and to my surprise I found this inexpensive kit and it even had an awl (or a pointed implement to poke a hole in your seat belt for a new button). I ordered it and within 10 minutes of receiving this kit in the mail I vented my frustration and installed a new seat belt buckle clip stopper. These buttons consist of two parts. All you have to do is poke a hole in the strap hanging from your shoulder and put the male end of the button through the strap, snap the other side of the button and then press them together (I've been careful used pliers). to press the 2 parts of the button together). Like a zipper on a shirt or pants. EASY! If you are missing a seat belt buckle on ANY VEHICLE, I recommend this little kit. The price is perfect and it saves you a ton of frustration by spending a few minutes ordering and installing a new button so you don't have to fumble around on the floor looking for a seat belt buckle that usually goes between the seat and the seat belt seat gets stuck.
