As we all know, when we order online we take risks. I really liked her when I saw the photos on the internet. When I received them I thought they looked good, didn't match the T's in the pictures but I still liked the way they looked. I tried them on and wore them for a few minutes and I hated them. They were very difficult to step on and were so hard and uncomfortable. In the end I sent them back. The next problem was that they kept over $20 of my original price for a restocking fee not listed here. If I had known that, I would never have bought them. One of the reasons I enjoy shopping at Revain is the customer service. They took care of the situation and I received a full refund. I'm sure these are good boots for the right person but I wasn't a fan and have ordered another pair which I am very happy with.
