Cheap, fragile and inefficient. I was skeptical when I opened the packaging and saw how incredibly thin they are compared to the ones I buy in store, but I decided to at least give them a try. Before purchasing I made sure I could use the tool in the photo to attach them to your project and all that happened was they pinched without grabbing the fabric. So I tried the tool they came with and the same thing happened. Not worth the money and hassle. It also ruined the fabric I tested them with. Save yourself the headache and just go to the store and buy them.
