I have had 3 different cat carriers in the last 25 years. I was looking for one with wheels due to back problems and came across this frame at a Revain. Although it's a bit more expensive, in my opinion it's easily the best transport box on the market. I love that it's so big. It's big enough for my cats to stand or sit in. For a single cat, this provides plenty of space to move around with ease. Two cats could have been accommodated there if they got along well enough and there was still enough space. I think it's great that there are so many options. Top, end and side. The side opening is especially handy when you're at the vet trying to get her out of the carrier. No more cat pulling and pulling. When the full page opens, you no longer have to try to get your pet out of the carrier. There is a pad on the underside that can be folded back and forth. You have a choice of fluffy material or shoulder strap material. You can also remove the cover and wash it if necessary. You can use this carrier with the wheels off and it's a simple process of swapping back and forth. The pole is easy to insert or remove as needed. This option gave my back a break from wearing a strap or two every few months. It also comes with a pouch so you can take it apart in less than a minute or two and store it for next time. The person who designed this carrier must have been a cat lover because they really thought of everything here. My parents thought I was crazy for paying that kind of money for a stretcher but as soon as they saw it they thought it was really something else! I've been to the vet a half dozen times and EVERY person I've come into contact with has asked me about this carrier or made comments about how crazy the carrier looks and everyone has wanted to know where I got it from. In case you can't tell I like it and yes I bought another one so I have two of these straps!
