I've only used it once on my face (it just arrived yesterday). Then I smeared vitamin C serum on my face and went to bed. I had to take before and after, but I could tell the difference right away. I have bad acne scars and dimples on my face from huge cystic acne. The potholes are getting smaller and smaller. The incipient wrinkles on my forehead (my brows are very lively lol) also look a lot more subtle, that's like fucking witchcraft! I'll try to remember to take some before and after photos, but all of the ones people have shared here are definitely real. I was skeptical but gosh this is amazing. As for the kit itself, I've never had a skin roller. I bought this particular one because it had different sizes, a good case for all, and a small container to sanitize the heads. I expected it to be nonsense, but it's pretty cute. Everything fits perfectly in the case, it's very easy to put the scooter you want to use in a tiny cup with some alcohol and then just use it. Even if you don't get this set I highly recommend getting the skin roller holy crap xd
