Not Working - Computers and Accessories

Mine arrived promptly but the card reader was not working (even after updating drivers and downloading new drivers). It only works on one USB port, and the one that worked periodically turns it on and off (possibly a loose connection in the cable?). I checked my PC's USB ports to make sure the problem wasn't mine, but it wasn't, as my other thumb drives, external hard drives, and other USB devices worked fine. I was able to return it and got a refund.
