Review on 🧢 Stylish and Adjustable C.C Ponycap: Messy High Bun Ponytail Baseball Hat with Mesh Trucker Design by Sheppard Priest

I LOVE this hat BUT. First let me say that this hat is very comfortable. We needed a uniform hat for summer meals to keep it cooler. This hat has a mesh size of 2/3 and is therefore breathable. I have long hair so it is very convenient that it has a ponytail hole. Holds the hat in place much better than just pulling the hair through the standard hole below. I work outside when it's windy or rainy, I pull my ponytail through the ponytail slot, curl the hair to make it more manageable, then put it back through the bottom hole to keep the hair from flying. I bought this hat at the end of May 2021. I've been wearing it all summer, about 3 days a week for 3 hours a day, so not all are very many. Get lots of compliments at first. In less than 3 months it's so faded I can't wear it to work anymore, looks 10 years old. Bought navy blue but now it's purple and pink "faded denim". Seriously ROSE. My boss asked me why I dyed my hat? Well sewn, the fabric isn't frayed, nothing, just faded and stained with sweat. Sweat stains are very visible. My other uniform caps have worn a lot more, are over 2 years old and still look new. However, this hat is 60% cotton which makes it a little less hot but also contributes to fading I think. Tried to get some fabric spray paint to restore the color but the paint costs the same as the hat. If you're buying a light color that doesn't fade as badly, or you just don't care about fading, then this is a great hat. Unfortunately I can no longer wear it for the purpose I bought it for because it looks too unsightly. I'd love to take another one, but I'm afraid it'll go away just as quickly. So, for comfort I'll rate it 5. For design, 5. For looks and durability, 2. For value for money. Ehhhh, well, you decide! $15 for 3 months carry. That's $5 a month.
