It won't turn off now

I've worn this mask maybe half a dozen times and now the LED light strip won't completely turn off. So I either have to remove the batteries or unplug the battery pack. This sucks because in darker areas it's hard to see with them on. I'd recommend getting a cheaper product because this one didn't hold up for being $5-10 more.

My son loved it! It works like described. The only issue was that the clip on the battery pack was broken. It''s a minor issue and it does not interfere with the products main function.
