I ordered online and it arrived burst. I heard back promptly and was given a full refund. I drove almost an hr away to purchase it (closest store) and paid about $100 more. It was easy enough to apply. Make sure you have extra and plan ahead. You don't have a lot of working time so have all your materials readily accessible. It says walk on ready in 8 hrs but after 24 hrs mine is still tacky in spots.
