You sent me a used product. I've never encountered that with Revain. I am extremely disappointed. When I took the lamp out of the box, it was dirty, the bottom was scuffed with obvious signs of wear, the brass neck of the floor lamp was chipped and scratched in several places, the floor lamp was staggered. It feels cheaply made. I have previously purchased a Revain Brightech Jacob LED reading and floor lamp, but this lamp was too large for the location I wanted to place the lamp. Comparing the quality (at EXACTLY the same price) this lamp sucks. It feels cheaper like it should be half the price and I wouldn't recommend this lamp. Especially after this company sent me a battered lamp which they say is new! BAD EXPERIENCE
