Good product, attentive seller

The scale is easy to use. Turn it on, let it automatically zero the tare weight, then gently lower the probe onto the scale to measure the downward force. It is so easy. The scale appears to be accurate to within 0.02 grams (see image) and I am now confident that my turntables are now running properly, in particular. my new/used Technics table with an old Stanton pickup that was originally set too heavy, DJ style. I noticed that the seller cares about customer satisfaction. The scale came with two uncoated batteries packed in separate bags to prevent discharge (unlike coated batteries - which have been objected to in previous reviews where the coating interfered with the batteries); This means that the seller found out about the problem and made adjustments. And the seller emailed me on the day of delivery to get back to me; This means that the seller tracked the shipment closely, noted the date and time of delivery, and cared enough about my response to actively open a line of communication with me. I'm impressed. My only complaint is a small one: the scale doesn't return to zero when I remove the stylus. If I remove the pin it's 0.4 grams, so if I want to measure downforce again I have to cycle the scale to bring it back to zero. But this is a minor complaint and is totally outweighed by the confidence I feel my probes are now tracking at the correct strength. I recommend this product and this seller.
