These lights have been carefully taken out of the box. As we began using them, we were greeted with confusion on the Griswold Plains. We spent hours untangling them and finally got a thread ready to be hung on the house. I'll also add that when I carefully unraveled it, several snowflakes fell off. They would need to be reattached with hot glue. Once the first strand was finally lifted, they began to tangle whenever even a light breeze blew. They rolled through the gutters and generally looked very bad and sloppy. We are not fans of Christmas lights and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. even tying it up in some sort of rope that could be hung up. The product also states that the adapter must be kept indoors. They are advertised as street lights and that warning makes absolutely no sense. All in all, it was a terrible headache. I ordered regular flashlights from another seller which came on a very handy roll and caused no problems. They rose in minutes and look great. Save yourself the hassle and buy something else.
