If your little one's feet are small enough, the rough edges on the front of the slippers won't be a problem, but if their feet are pushed forward the seams are a bit rough. I always check my children's shoes, socks and clothes for rough edges or sharp objects because they can't always tell you if something is poking or sticking to them when you put their clothes or shoes on. I gave the product one star because where the upper meets the sole of the slipper, the two pieces are not properly finished leaving a rough, slightly sharp edge. In addition, the memory foam feels comfortable, while the outer material has a soft and velvety feel and the blue has a nice navy blue hue.
