The main benefit is that it allows us in one window all our activities related both at local level as well international ones; from ticket sales through invociation management up till accounting operations - even though we are not yet there but I can see how this would be useful once implemented- so far everything seems great except some minor glitches which will most likely get fixed over time.- We have been using multiple softwares before trying MTESO/MTEXCUSION:- MS Office 365,- Google Docs-, Outlook Web Access-.
