I was very happy to try them but they did little to help my arthritis in my elbow. It's still a little sore and difficult to move. I have tried the knee pads from this company and they seem to have helped significantly more. The size chart helped me a lot to find the perfect fit. I'm allergic to latex and wasn't aware they contain a small amount of rubber. Unfortunately, this causes my hands to itch and hives to break out. Strangely, the knee pads are made of the same materials, but they don't irritate my skin.
