I have been using this product for 8 years. This is my holy grail. I use it every morning and evening before brushing my teeth. It washes all smelly substances off your tongue. It also keeps fresh all day. People comment on how fresh my breath smells. I used to know that my tongue was the source of bad breath, especially when it came to things like milk or cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so dairy causes all sorts of problems for me. The smell just stays on even when I try to clean my tongue with an electronic toothbrush and toothpaste. This gel and brush work great together. The gel will neutralize all your bad breath in a way toothpaste has never done for me.
