Got this case for my daughter's first computer and for the most part it worked fine. I encountered two problems; a major and a minor. Small issue, lack of literature on the supplied RGB card - this thing worked great and I love it, but I'd like some literature on connections, flow (like whether other devices are connected to it or not) and basic information. The main issue was that the case would overheat and shut down my system, but I found that while it does have exposed sides for the front; With the glass in place, airflow is still fairly limited, the system is not ventilated. I removed the front glass and added mesh (finger protection) and now the system is fine. All I had to do was remove the glass from the front to open the airflow. You need to raise the side vents for the front system.
