The biggest problem is that the mounting screws attached to the bracket were not long enough to attach the mirror. When you attach the bracket to the wall, two screws protrude outwards for you to attach the mirror. These screws are too short to physically attach the mirror to the bracket. I was able to use a couple of washers as standoffs behind the bracket on each screw I used to attach the bracket to the wall. This allows the bolts to expand further, allowing me to thread nuts onto the mounting bolts to secure them. Pretty simple solution for those who have a bunch of spare parts lying around. But it may take a little more time and problem solving for the average person to figure it out. Not quite "plug and play".
