Review on HONBAY by Chris Crawford

My most recent purchase from HONBAY was some furniture, and I have to say that I was incredibly dissatisfied with the entire process. The delivery of the furniture was delayed, and the craftsmanship was not very good. The cushions were uneven, which increased the level of discomfort, and the fabric was scratchy and irritating. After making contact with customer support, I found that they were unresponsive and unable to assist me. In the end, I was successful in returning the furniture; however, the procedure was challenging and time demanding. In general, I would not advise anyone to use HONBAY if they are seeking to purchase high-quality furniture or receive satisfactory customer service.
