It seems to fit, but it will probably take some work to get it the way I want it. I would also like the ties to be cut out, but I can cut them out. I really wish it had more rubber feel than plastic. Flexible plastic is slightly harder than a rubber mat. I hope with a little warmth and time it will settle down. UPDATE: It's smoothed out and looks really good from the back and does the job. It moves a little but with a small velcro hook on the bottom it will hold onto an OEM carpet. It's pretty good for the price. I have yet to get cutting operations for hooks to attach.
