Review on 🚗 Standard Motor V546 PCV Valve by William Kava

I hope this review helps someone with this sleek 3.6 liter v6 engine. This was for an '08 Enclave and was hoping to fix an oil leak that was spraying back into the breather hose connecting the filter and throttle body. This fitting will need to be replaced when the vents become clogged, but it is NOT the cause. Since it's not really a valve, it doesn't control flow. The part to be replaced is located at the rear of the engine compartment. Follow the hose coming out after the throttle body (to the left of it) and trace the V518 manifold vacuum pc. This is a small silver straight piece that controls the "PCV" valve vacuum where you will find the oil . It's not a lot of room, but I managed to get it out with a vise after you pushed the connector forward to remove the hose. THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED! This helped at idle and also fixed the throttle response lag issue, sounded even better by eliminating a slight whistle coming from the engine bay and no oil in the air line.
