Review on VViViD Optically Clear 2 Part Coating by Karla Richter

The transparent fish not on the pink mold was made with UV resin while this product was used for the ceramic bowl and 2 fish are sitting on the molds. I used this product 3 times and only once did it become transparent and fully cured. Otherwise it remained soft, blurry and textured on top. The support team was initially helpful but offered no advice as to why I was having issues with their product. The only advice offered was to wait the full 36 hours. I asked if there was a minimum amount of time I should stir the product and received no answer. A few days later sent another message and still nothing. Frustrated that I ruined my projects, wasted money and time. I would rate this 2 or even 3 stars because the end result looked nice when cured properly. But the lack of communication is appalling.
