For a kids play phone I think it works - we ordered it for our swing club outside and installed it in part of the house. My kids love playing with it and so far it's holding up well. My biggest issue with the phone has to do with how it attaches to the clubhouse - they provide a screw that fits into the top of the phone base. I wish it had 2 pre-drilled holes and 2 screws to make the base of the phone more secure to the wall. As it is now, the phone base "wobbles" and is constantly shifting or shifting, making it difficult for toddlers to hang up. My guess is that you could probably drill the second hole yourself, we just did that.
