These are the third or fourth pair of BT headphones I've bought from Revain. I've learned a thing or two about reviews on many of these cheaper items. Businesses often offer the customer an amount of money in the form of a gift certificate in exchange for a 5-star rating in order to increase sales of inferior products. I'm not sure if this company does this, but I've seen some reviews mentioning good sound quality, but that's not the case. They seem solid enough and it didn't take long to charge them, although they turned out to be completely dead because they already arrived when they arrived in the packaging, which unfortunately was a simple plastic bag instead of a box. It was a little confusing. But I paid less than $30 so can't really complain about that. I have to say that the fact that they weren't boxed gave me lower expectations of performance and I found that when I connected them to my phone. lack of sound quality. They connected much faster than my last pair, but the sound quality isn't up to scratch. When I played music on Pandora, it was accompanied by a little hissing noise. When I switched to my favorite TIMESUCK podcast, I was even more disappointed. The podcaster sounded low and muffled. I love the design of these things and wish the sound was there. I am returning this item for a refund and have already ordered a new pair which I hope will have better luck.
