This is a bit more of a commercial style unit. ALL metal and a very high price tag but nice features to go with it.brighter than the cheaper units with a longer lifespan. its serviceable you can open it and replace the internal battery. Its also a larger battery which has multiple positive effects.First its LIFEPO4 which means substantial more charge cycle capacity than normal lithium cells. second it has an 18-20 hours charge capacity. this means in good light that is 2 days of reserve power. this means a lighter "duty cycle" for its charge cycling. which further extends the life of the battery. this battery could last 8 years maybe more (still theory but substantially longer than normal batteries)it also has a larger nicer high efficiency solar panel so even a less than perfect sunlight day should still be able to fully charge it.its a nice unit. time will tell if its worth the price.
