I bought this part for my 2007 Chevy Avalanche. Installation was easy and the part fit perfectly. It's not difficult, just cut the zip ties and remove the old one, then put the new one in its place. Even an inexperienced self-taught auto mechanic can handle this installation, and only one wrench is needed for the screw that holds the canister in place. You might want to add more zip ties to the exhaust pipe going to the breather filter, but I didn't. Very easy to install and now I can fill my tank with no venting issues and the check engine light is off. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of doing it themselves. It takes about half an hour from start to finish and saves you a lot of money compared to going to the dealer.
