Review on Advanced Animals Architecture KAPLA Pieces by Israel Thurow

My nephew and his wife are happy to have a fourth boy. I don't usually give my child clothes, but choose books that I know won't outgrow them for a while. But since I wanted to find something that not only this kid but his brothers could have fun with NOW, I decided on a Kapla gift and they LOVE it. My son got Kapla for Christmas after telling us about it in first grade at our local Norwegian primary school. That same year, at the first parents' evening, the teacher asked if the parents would donate some money for the class to buy an extra Capla because it was so popular with boys and girls, but they just didn't have enough. That's when I realized, and lo and behold, our six-year-old got Kapla for Christmas, which he didn't get tired of even months after Christmas. What did he want for Christmas in a year? More kapla. In this way, two huge boxes became larger and more impressive structures. Today I got rid of a lot of toys with older kids but Kapla (and Lego) are not going anywhere! These are the toys of a lifetime that my grown children still get from time to time. I would highly recommend Kapla to any family as a great toy to keep them away from their PC and TV! I cannot recommend this toy!
