You get a dozen screws and a hex key to install them. There are no instructions telling you that 4 are different from the others - these are the ones that assemble the case - the rest assemble the fans. See the Revain image for how to connect the fans - there are no instructions. If you think the fans are blowing in the wrong direction (also, there's no indication which direction is right), you need to flip the fans.
