Works great but the end of the floss that isn't very fluffy isn't waxed so it can't be used cleanly between normal teeth (it get stuck). The hard end used to insert dental floss during dental work may require more ductility/thickness/rigidity since it's flexible, but it works. Much better than regular flossing in general for working under bridges, especially if you are concerned about breakage right at the gumline under the bridge or if there has been a history of breakage and irrigators have not prevented it.
