4 stars for the product but 5 stars for the service! Some of the protrusions broke when I took it apart to fill it with live guts because it's a harder plastic than the stock controller. I contacted the sellers and asked for a photo. I only needed the handles but they sent me a full case. Unfortunately for me the case is specific to the Gen 2 controller and I currently have 2 Gen controllers, 2 Elites and 1 Gen 4. No guts yet.
