wrong model. It's probably my fault for not checking the model number before purchasing. I wish it was available for my particular controller. Paired with pot leaf front panel. It would be tight! 😁👍(Stopped on a neon green back panel and neon splashes on the handles.)

Extreme items never fail me, but this one did. The triggers seemed to clash with the L and R shoulder buttons, particularly on the right side. For reference, I am trying to replace an old model 1697 controller case as the case looks in the product images.

Some parts of the plastic just don't match the standard remote core, not to mention these parts are definitely a completely different shape, so if you do this exchange This requires the Use of all new parts and none of the original parts. I was really sad I couldn't but the part covering the home button just doesn't fit.

4 stars for the product but 5 stars for the service! Some of the protrusions broke when I took it apart to fill it with live guts because it's a harder plastic than the stock controller. I contacted the sellers and asked for a photo. I only needed the handles but they sent me a full case. Unfortunately for me the case is specific to the Gen 2 controller and I currently have 2 Gen controllers, 2 Elites and 1 Gen 4. No guts yet.

It arrived safely and well I assembled it very easily, not difficult at all, anyone with a basic knowledge of tools can assemble it without any problem. Durability Can't say, but it seems durable. I put it together a few days ago, so I guess I'll come back when I have it in a few months. Comfort I mean it's plastic, I put rubber trigger pads on it, but it's more for gaming. But it feels like an ordinary controller, you won't understand if you bought it from a store or assembled it.

We drop our remotes a lot and dogs love them so these replacement covers are great. But the last case I bought was missing the battery cover and about 4 small buttons. I was able to use the ones I had as they weren't damaged but although they would have looked better without the mismatched knobs. Pros, this kit includes all the tools you need to disassemble the controller plus a package of extra screws. I didn't count them, but it was enough to assemble the entire controller.

Make sure to use the screws supplied and not the original ones. You should have a steady hand and follow the instructions very carefully as the screws are not very strong. If you make noobish mistakes or aren't precise when screwing them in, the screws and screwdriver can wear out pretty quickly! I had some of the above issues but still managed to get it working. I was about to ruin everything but in the end the result is just great and mostly perfect.

At first my package didn't even list everything, ALL the tools were missing. This was going to be my first red flag for staying away and just bringing it back, but I decided to just use the tools I already had and just keep going.
