Didn't work for me but great follow up and support.

Great idea but didn't work. The lack of instructions and support makes this product look older. When asked by tech support about the camera's capabilities and why it records in black and white, there was no answer. I'm wondering if the one I had was just bad for BNC connections. - Follow up - I wasn't expecting this but got a response from their customer service department to rectify the situation. So I'll take the part about the lack of support. I wish it was while I had the dash cam as I wish it worked but the support was definitely a surprise. Kudos for the continuation and monitoring, I don't think most companies would bother once the return is complete.
