Update: After the case had been less than 5 months it got so bad I contacted Otterbox for a warranty replacement. After waiting a long time for an answer I was contacted and told that if I paid an exorbitant amount for 'shipping and handling' to send a new one they would of course replace it. OtterBox is clearly not the consumer-centric company it once was. I will no longer buy your brand out of loyalty. For the record, in the past I've bought cases for iPhone 2-5s and two different iPads, and now this is for the X. I'm not just any shopper who bought an item and didn't like it and gave it a try complain to get something for free. 30 Day Review: This case is the first Otterbox product I've ever been dissatisfied with. Everything was fine at first, except for the button covers, which are so thick and hard you have to squeeze the entire phone to change the volume. Now the outer rubber is starting to separate from the inner plastic shell, causing it to squeak and squeeze with every keystroke. I would return this one if it weren't too late and I didn't really want another one, even for free. Very disappointed in Otterbox with this one.
