Very beautiful tiara! good for hair care
I bought this for my 4 year old fairy sugar plum costume and it was perfect! She and her sister are still playing with it a week after Halloween and it shows no signs of breaking down. It is durable and very shiny. She wore it for several hours when we took it out for treats and it never caused her any discomfort. It also fits my 18 month old baby although it obviously slips a bit. For this price I would buy it again and again!
