Bought for my daughter for her birthday. It held up well on her slightly wavy updo. She wore it like a regular hair bow. Sometimes it hung down when she bowed her head just because she didn't wear it the way a tiara should. Its edges, which come to the sides of the ears, are smooth. The daughter has never complained that she is not in pain and her hair is not sticking to the tiara. She takes it off and puts it back on often.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. It's surprisingly well made and durable for the price, and my 3-year-old daughter was willing to wear it for quite a while (which is saying a lot because she won't put up with complaints for long). To be honest, I was expecting cheap junk from China, but it turned out the other way around. Worth the price.

I wasn't sure what we would be getting for that price but we were pleasantly surprised. Quality is good - even after being dropped, stepped on, crushed and subjected to other abuses, it hasn't changed shape or broken. It also fits a small head fairly well - better than I expected. The only issue might be the comfort as our little one wears them for a maximum of 3 minutes before taking them off, but she tends to be extra sensitive when it comes to issues or discomfort so it could be her fault.

I bought this for my 4 year old fairy sugar plum costume and it was perfect! She and her sister are still playing with it a week after Halloween and it shows no signs of breaking down. It is durable and very shiny. She wore it for several hours when we took it out for treats and it never caused her any discomfort. It also fits my 18 month old baby although it obviously slips a bit. For this price I would buy it again and again!
