The tray is comfortable but very thin
By the looks of it, this tray is more durable. Maybe I didn't read the whole description (I don't remember). Manufacturers/jewelers familiar with more durable options for these types of trays may be assuming as I am, hence the 3 star rating. Basically, these are thin plastic shells covered with flocked material. I understand the price is low but I assumed there would be inexpensive material inside to support the weight of the items being sorted. They are useful for sorting beads/pendants/accessories, but only if you plan to
