Epic refused to take my repeated calls so here it is. We did water tests and tested our water without filters and then with filters. Apart from the chlorine level and the minimum there was no difference between using a filter or not. Even the TDS numbers were within a point of each other. We did the same with the water pitcher version and got the same result. I called them to ask why this could be or if there was an approved water test they wanted me to do, but they never called back. So I called one last time (a week in between) and told them that if they wouldn't tell me what was going on, I think there was a reason. Still no call. No explanation. I guess my opinion after that is that their filters make no difference in my water. Maybe it's a bug or maybe I don't understand something, but if they didn't bother to help me with this issue after purchase, I guess their filters aren't good enough for me. Shame. I spent a lot of money on two jugs, several replacement filters and a sink kit that now seems completely useless. I went from love to feeling like I wasted a lot of money.
