Finally read the instructions for one of these things and I'm in luck. First let it soak in a hot car. Then I actually flipped it over and separated it completely before flipping it back to fit the wheel, piece by piece. You can't tell it's split at the bottom when it's on, and I think it allows for a bit of flexibility and latitude.
